For over 25 years, Mr. Brown served his clients as a successful trial attorney in a broad range of complex civil matters involving catastrophic personal injury, civil rights, employment law, business disputes, construction defect and family law.

His litigation experience also includes representing clients on appeal in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Nevada Supreme Court. Martindale Hubbell awards Mr. Brown with an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating.

Mr. Brown is now a full time Mediator/Arbitrator. He has extensive mediation training and experience. Mr. Brown has attended numerous mediation training programs including the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law. He was appointed by the United States District Court of Nevada as a panel mediator for the Early Inmate Mediation Program at its inception in 2009 and continues to serve in that role today. Over the course of his career, Mr. Brown, as either a mediator or party representative, successfully mediated over 100 litigated cases. His mediation experience includes matters of wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries and other catastrophic personal injuries, product liability, class actions, sexual harassment, discrimination, construction defect, and business dissolution.
